Best wishes with this Ivermectin stuff, I hope it works to cure your long Covid symptoms. Sometimes I feel these ways your describing.. Not quite as severe, but sometimes the energy gets zapped, sleep patterns flipped, brain fog.. makes me wonder..
Maybe I'll try some of out too, with a clove of garlic and some honey tea :D
