I think the only one's who really know are the one's who know exactly what is in these vaccines injections.

I enjoy reminding doctors that they are not practicing science but that actually they are practicing blind faith because they were not in the lab that created the injection and in that regard how can they claim to know exactly what is in the injections, and if they don't know exactly what is in them through physical observation, how can they then claim "safe and effective."?
In my experience, nothing pisses a doctor off more than hearing this, it enrages them because they have just enough aptitude to know that is the truth :)
