I feel the shift and at times it's overwhelming but also very comforting because I lived in such extreme mental sickness for so long that I could not see the loving family I had right before my very eyes for so long.

I shed a lot of tears these days, not in a self despair manner, but in the manner of a gratitude that cannot be expressed in words ❤️
