I can hardly fathom how you're able to keep up with so many emails daily. It's a rare ability to manage so much stuff every day the way you do, and I would hardly call it whinny middle aged man crisis.

I think me and the waitress would have had a disagreement. Where I come from they call that false advertising, but it's often the same kind of comments here too if you bitch about the serving size or anything else. I tend to think my food will get spit in and usually will wait until I'm done eating to let them know they'll probably never get my business again after that. Unless things are missing, then I will say something but I try to keep a good engagement because people will definitely spit in your food or do other things to it if you make them mad, even if it's their mistake. Sad but true.
