I wouldn't worry too much about the accidental topping. It's happened to me before too and sometimes it causes the plant to beast out and grow even bigger than it would have grown without the accidental break.
Your plants are otherwise looking really healthy so there's no reason to think they won't shake off that early stress as if nothing even happened :)
and the last note... there's something special about that yellowish grow light glow you have for photographic quality, really gives me this nice warm fuzzy feeling looking at the photos ;D
