I'm definitely not an expert on pepper plants lol. But from what I've learned, they pretty much re-veg themselves no matter what their light cycle. It's kind of like they veg and flower at the same time

Thank you bro! It's amazing how big of a difference a small change can make with cannabis. I think I need to go slightly lower with the pH still, but I didn't want to overdo it on the first adjustment.
