There are two methods slow drip brewing and immersion brewing.
In Immersion brewing:
brew time : 10-12 Hours

servings : 8-15
In slow Drip brewing:
brew time : 4 to 8 hours
Flavor ; smooth, sweet,mellow
servings: 4-8
