Your rambling in education is called thinking aloud. Saying out our thoughts can actually often refine our thoughts further and the more we talk about it, the clearer we may become as more people may give us their opinions. Mentorship and curation trails are all good ideas to help others especially for the struggling ones. By talking about it more, you may just get like-minded people to join your force.
