We really can't tell whether they are the same developers buy there is an audit done for its site. I have yet to see any serious pump but dumping probably by those who bought the token during pre-sale. I would not invest in huge amount but putting in a couple of bucks to see whether it can be a hit if it is really successful. Need to do your own judgement whether it is worth investing. It does come with a risk indeed.
