I personally feel it is a high risk programme as it does not seems to have a way to generate income but it creates lots of investment plans for people to keep investing. I suspect the fund that gets in may also be used to pay off the interest earned by earlier members but it does look like it has enough investors since most of their fund is locked to enjoy the daily interest unless they choose to withdraw with 10% fee. I don't feel it is very safe but putting in small amount that we can afford to lose to see whether we can earn will have no serious impact. I probably will not put in huge amount.
