@livinguktaiwan can actually think about your suggestion. Maybe some good writers can even share with new members how to write effectively to be considered quality. Simply supporting by upvoting may not improve their quality indeed. You have good points too. I personally still prefer to start small and build relationship first. Relationship and love for the platform may last longer than simply looking at how much one can earn but I do agree earning the extra cash can be really important to some especially economy is bad.
