Dew was not a motivated student when he was in school.
With his parents who had a divorce without adult supervision, it was easy to give up his studies.
His form teacher, Mr Tham, did not give up on him but he tried his best to help him in different ways.
Many students like Dew may think that all teachers may only use their words but there are many teachers who put their actions into words that turn a wayward child into the right path.
Dew is just one of the many success stories that how a teacher can make a change when there is no home support.
Teachers become parents and we play many roles to nurture our students so that they can have a brighter future.
Teachers can impact these kids that do not have parental support at home. Dew is a good example of how a teacher, Mr Tham, has changed his future by not giving up on him.
