Rocket League: Competitive Mode || Let's Play #5

Hello, gamers!

It's me again, your noobest noob. Coming back again to complain about how badly my teammate played...hehe

In this video, I played 4 different games in competitive modes. All were 2v2 games and it hurts to say that I lost 3 of those... it was a bad day to be a Rocket League player.

But Why 2v2 only?

Well, I play all matches 1v1, 2v2 or 3v3 but rarely the 4v4 chaos modes. Good that we don't have 4v4 in competitive mode. But my favourite one is 2v2. It feels like a perfect mode for the size of the arena, not too open/empty and not too crowded at the same time, just the way I like that. You can play strategically with 2v2 easily. 1v1 is not my cup of tea. Mostly because I suck at that...lol

The first game is always bad, maybe I need to warm up with casual matches before jumping straight to the competitive mode. I always end up losing the first game I play after starting a new session. Maybe the hand-eye coordination needs a game or two to adjust!? Who knows... or maybe just pure coincidence or just bad bad play...lol

I ended up losing 3-1 in the first game but the second one had a completely different story, we scored 3 goals in the first two minutes and the opponents forfeited the match in just two minutes.

The third one was the most balanced game of them. Both teams were neck to neck and ended up 2-2 in full time but we lost in extra time. Could have gone either way. So, I don't consider this a bad game. We played well but our opponents were just slightly better and grabbed the first opportunity they got in extra time.

I should not talk about the last game. I don't want to recall that one. I lost with a score of 6-1 or something. My opponent defected mid-game when I didn't agree with his forfeit request and then he proved to be a jerk and tried scoring his own goals. What a loser.

I still have to play one more game to be placed in a rank but it is not looking nice. I have lost many games already. Let's see how low they will place me in the league.

Pro Gamer Tips:

• Blame your teammate for your loss
• You didn't lose, it was laggy
• Only if I had a better monitor and graphics card.
• My little brother was playing the match.
• Enemy team/teammate was smurfing. (credits - @ incublus)
• And the most important one: the Enemy team was hacking.
