If the CIA manages to break Andrew Tate, now that he's in jail with his brother, I could see him playing the role of the Mahdi (Muslim Messiah) which would be very bad for all of us.

Up to this point in Andrew's life, I believe he's done everything autonomously. I don't think he's ever made the decision to be totally evil.
