I did recently came back to hive after a long break. While there are multiple reasons, lack of interaction has been one of them.
People do tend to keep on commenting on the same authors day after day. Some for the comment upvote other because they are just friends. They don’t search for new content.
Lots of the people I did follow did stop. Which decreased off course the interactions on my posts.
But I will try to write genuine comments here and there. Because on Hive it is more important who you know (or who knows you) than the quality of yours posts.
