There was indead a weather delay during the France vs Iraq game.
In Europe that delay probably wouldn't have lasted that long, but it appears that it should be lighting free for the past 30 minutes before a game can restart.
Can't blame you if you don't like football, lot of my friends don't understand American Football while I do enjoy it.
