Everything is just so messed up and I'm depressed asf. First, it was my laptop, and now my phone.
I hope you're better soon. In case it helps you, I have these strange phases as well when everything is normal and suddenly everything negative comes in a bulk. Just two weeks ago I had such a phase where three things happened without my fault and all three of them created other problems that deeded imminent fixing.
These waves come and go. Strangely, I managed to detach my inner self from the all but optimal outside and keep my smile even if there's no reason for that. The decisive moment for this mindset of mine to develop was when in my late teens I realized that life is something that you could cry and shout and be unhappy about it all the time - or you can laugh about it and put up a smile anyway.
The idea of being in a bad mood really didn't appeal to me and so I decided to smile. At one point along the way, this sarcastic attitude to life turned into something real. Bottom-line: Self-suggestion does works. I can recommend it:-)
