The Chinese company Rokid developed glasses that can detect high temperatures in people, one of the main symptoms of people infected with the coronavirus.
With Rokid's T1 connected glasses featuring a Qualcomm processor alongside a 12-megapixel camera and an augmented reality system combined with a video and photo recording mode with voice commands, this device could play an important role in detecting cases of coronavirus, helping to considerably reduce its spread.
According to Xiang Wenjie, the demand for the glasses has increased greatly, reaching 1,000 units sold in the last two weeks. The T1 glasses were developed by Rokid engineers in just two months and are already working in China in national parks, schools and by authorities for monitoring of covid-19 symptoms.

It was specified that this device through its infrared sensor, can identify the temperature of up to 200 people in two minutes located up to three meters away from the operator.
