I think that in these cases you should be given a warning, by commenting or sending a memo, commenting on the link and the violation or rule that you violated.

That is a good idea, in principle the spirit of this publication is to try to raise awareness of the problems we can face as a growing community and what measures can be taken in cases like these.

The suggestion you make is totally valid and can be applied.

In SBI they use that policy and it has been positive so far, it is already a matter of the community giving their opinion and reaching a consensus, but here I contribute the idea.

That's what it is about, that the community is aware of problems that may arise and together we can find the best solutions to these conflicts.
