Rather than judging others and finding faults we should ask the person if he is facing any problem in his life or what is the possible reason for a person's action.

Unfortunately one of the frequent mistakes of people is to make hasty judgments. In my country there is a saying, "as they see you are treated" many people do not stop to think or consult the reaction of any reaction of yours, simply shoot their criticism without measuring the consequences of it, or the damage they can cause.

Like you, I think highlighting people's strengths, encouraging them and praising them for the effort will have a positive impact and help them improve what they do.
