On the way from home to the coffee shop, I took some pictures of coffee. Unexpectedly, the flower above is a flower from a coffee fruit, because the beauty of this coffee flower looks very beautiful and spoils the eye. I took this flower when I wanted to go to a coffee shop, which has become my habit in the morning to always enjoy the warmth of filtered coffee water in the nearest shop.
Besides the flowers, I also had time to capture the ripe fruit, if the color was red, it was a sign that it was ripe and ready to be harvested. There are several processes that must be done before this fruit turns into coffee water, including; After picking the coffee cherries in the sun for a few days to dry, if they are dry, the skin will come off the seeds, then the seeds are burnt with rice and eggs mixed until they are charred. Then the powder is poured into boiling water before the coffee is ready to be served.
Here are my little treats tonight, thanks for stopping, hope you like it.
