I'm not sure how it is elsewhere but I've been paying 1050/month plus utilities and the water problems in this house are unacceptable. In fact, just about every rental that's under 1350/month is uninhabitable.
Black mold due to lack of gutters, bug infestations due to landlord neglect of windows. You name it, I've seen it. Got something else to post so I'll update this soon
