Quite similar. Carnival in big in Jamaica too. It's not a public holiday but I think it in Trinidad. (Public holiday at carnival time)

It's all about Christmas decorations now. A friend from the Phillipines told me that there, lol once the "-ber" months have started, Christmas decorations are up. I don't know if it is like that across all islands there.

I feel like this year went really quickly. Soon we'll be saying,"Happy New Year".
