Yes, we’ve had some hotter days. A few weeks ago, some places had hit 40 degrees. You’re right. Summer is hot in Jamaica as well but not as humid. Before coming to Japan, someone warned me about the summers here. I felt undisturbed because I felt like I was already accustomed to the heat in Jamaica. When I got to Tokyo it was late July. I then fully understood what the person meant. Lol!
The heat and humidity were unique. As hot as it is, I still prefer summer to winter. The cold and layers of clothes are a bit too much for me. Lol!
