Yes, robots and machines are really replacing workers. We still need to see enough members of staff around to help with the transition. Some people will get frustrated.
I’m happy the machines have language options.
At places like GU and UNIQLO, once you put your basket down, the machine reads all the items and quickly displays the cost. The ones at Daiso and at some supermarkets (that I’ve seen), we have to check the barcode of each item.😅 それはちょっとめんどくさい。
