Baumkuchen is popular in Kobe but I didn’t know about the Baumen brothers.
I’ve seen the pre-packaged ones and at some shops, the cake is kept on a little stand and customers can order a cut of it.
It’s so delicious,
That Coffee surprised me though. Clearly cake is their main product. Lol
