I think it will go back to 7 but this stuff is still being experimented with. To begin with the aim is to get tokens into circulation as rapidly as possible - there is a cap of 21 million like Bitcoin, and right now there are 2 million tokens that need to be in good hands - ie. being used - as fast as possible
