That's kind of you to say. They were the hardest ones for me to do. I have a hard time with squeezing the piping bag consistently as my grip strength isn't what it used to be and my hands are a bit arthritic. I did try my hardest to get them the same. I will try again...but I might need to invest in some gadget that will help me get the right pressure, in the future. 😊

Our weather has been all over the place, but we didn't get snow that stayed until today. Now, we have plenty of it, and its still falling out there. Oh, joy. LOL! 😊

Yes, it is a lot of pumpkin, but that's good. I won't run out of purée any time soon. Our bull and chickens get a nice bunch of pumpkin bits and guts every couple to three days and I get to save all the seeds to roast up on an as needed basis. So, far, I've eaten a third of a quart, given away a half quart, and still have two-thirds of a quart that I'm snacking on. Plus about another quarts worth waiting, in the freezer, to be roasted and of course, all the seeds in the pumpkins that I haven't processed yet...I think there's still about 21 or 22 to go. 😊
