Why would anyone want to work from how they want to be remembered? Simple, once you know what you want, you can work out how to get what you want. This is where the fun begins. The best way to work out what you love to do most is, by returning you your childhood and looking at what you would do all day every day.
To prepare for this process you need a mirror you can look into once you have completed the process and you will need a pen and paper.
To start this process I would like to do a reflection. Let’s get comfortable. Close your eyes. Take in a deep breath and let it out slowly. Take in another deep breath and let it out slowly. Relax your body, feel yourself relaxing totally.
Imagine yourself sitting on a mountaintop. Look around at what you see. What do you feel on this mountain? What temperature is it? What do you smell on this mountaintop?
Look out at the farthest horizon and feel how close it is to you. Extend your awareness out to the horizon. Feel the roundness of the earth upon which you are sitting. Feel the space around the earth. Imagine her as a living, breathing being, just like you. Imagine yourself being hanging, floating, in the middle of space that exists in all directions. Feel yourself being held up by inner cheerfulness. Imagine you are filled with helium, which allows you to hover just above the ground, notice that you are in a perfect genuine order. Feel your co-ordination and lightness.
Recognize that everything you see on the mountaintop is a part of you. Let your mind go back to your childhood, go back further to when you were in the womb, see yourself as part of the chain of beings that has existed since the human race began. Imagine this chain of beings as a. You are one pearl of light on this vibrating string of light.
This vibrating string of light is connected to all the light in the universe. Feel in your body how the light moves and shifts.
Begin to bring your awareness back to the mountaintop, slowly bring your awareness back into the centre of your physical body. Bring your awareness back into the room. Open your eyes. Look in the mirror and look into your eyes.
What I like about this reflection is that it feels so good that I know that I am connecting to my soul and all the souls in the universe even to those that are not in a body at the moment. I find that limiting your intentions to one thing does not work. What this reflection does, it allows you to experience yourself as a non-physical being. We often see ourselves as just a physical being and we are actually a lot more than what we expect.
This reflection allows us to experience the unlimited part of our being that remembers all the lives we have had before and will have after this one. The reflection takes us to a place where we can remember everything. This is also known as the akashic records, your soul memory.
We are fortunate that we are living in an area where the deeds from the past that were keeping us back have been released by cosmic order and we are free to know about the choices we made, while in spirit, and we can now use this information to have a life that is filled with intention and joy. I say this because we have to be karma free to know our purpose and because many of us came to earth at this time with the major intention of ascension. Yes, you read that correctly we are the Ascended Masters of the future.
Now let’s go on with the process. Ask yourself the question. “Why am I here?” The answer to that question is considered to be your intention. Don’t be surprised to find that you intended to use all your talents. You may have more than one intention. All that means is you will have to work out a plan to implement them one by one.
Don’t worry you will be shown the way every step of the way. When you have your intentions, write them down on the sheet of paper you brought with you.
From this you now write your eulogy.
You do all know what a eulogy is, don’t you? For those of you who don’t know, your eulogy is the speech that is given at your funeral.
The reason you are now going to write your own eulogy is that you know what your life intention is, you can write down how you would like to be remembered, this is your purpose.
When I was asked to write my own eulogy, I went into shock and told the guy, “You must be joking. What is this in aid of?” His response was, “How would you like the world to remember you or are you not intending to be remembered?” It sounds worse than it is, it can actually be quite informative as you will be facing a few fears and once you have written it down and read it out loud you will come to realize that there is a reason, there are several reasons for you to be here and these will be revealed to you as you do this process.
Write your Eulogy before you carry on with the rest of this exercise.
The rest in 1B next week.
