To be honest it's a great bit bike to ride but to be honest my fitness levels and recent medical history don't do it justice.

That's too bad. Luckily new bicycles can have some electronic assistence.

That bicycle is really nice too. That's a really nice gift. But such a bike can better be used well indeed.
