I listened, with interest, to OmR talk,
Most seems plausible but many assertion where done in this video, and many I can't deny or confirm.

I tend to follow a simpler path:

1. Realize, see the true deep shit we'r in, now.
   (knowing the past history could be useful, alas there is no real reliable source)
2. Building you willpower.
   (without ego tripping.)
3. Use this willpower to get out this mess.
   (without harming others in the process.)
4. If possible, help others doing the same.
   (witch could lead, with chance, to a better experience for others on this planet)
