As to the AI, yes they give it access to every database.
It was the main reason behind these huge database to "feed" the AI.

But from my understanding (of known technology) this kind of AI need a lot of energy to work so maybe their is some kind of resource allocation to fully tracked targeted peoples.

Very interested by the pkt / anodeVPN stuff (looking into it right now)

And totally agree about food, it is the real economy !
(But it takes time to master and sometimes you run out of luck and got bad harvest)
