I am a person at heart, outside of the classroom, who wants to be involved in things I care about. One of my greatest passions is football. Not only am I a player but also a grassroot coach, and coaching is something that I enjoy very much and feel great satisfaction. I can use my skills to assist and train other athletes to practice the sport in which I am most interested and this has the biggest payoff for my life purpose.
Because I respect personal development, I try to take advantage of every opportunity, including learning in school, school sports, and just everyday life. I love facing challenges, learning new things and then putting on a show.
Another major interest of mine is traveling. I am enthralled by all the world around me, and I enjoy trying. Traveling to new territories, experiencing other cultures, and seeing people who come from various places and backgrounds. Travelling keeps me putting my comfort zone to the test in order to take in as much of the world as possible from someone else's point of view. No matter how small a trip to a nearby location or how large a trip to a distant place might be, I'd love every second of it.
I am also eager to develop myself, learn new things and acquire new skills. As a BIT major I am always on the lookout for how to put what is being learned in the classroom into practice in the real world. To me, it is very interesting to look at how the "thought" can be more and more transformed into the doing.
Traveling is another hobby I deeply enjoy. Whenever I get the opportunity, I go looking for places I don't know and I try to fill the frame with the beauty of my environment by taking pictures. Traveling helps me relax, recharge, and create memories that I can look back on with a smile.
To say nothing of sports and travelling, I am also interested in technology. As a student of Industrial Technology, I am engaged in the testing of various tools and methods which can develop my abilities. In my opinion, the single most effective determinant of personal and professional growth is curiosity and the lifelong pursuit of learning.
I can offer assistance by providing ideas for how students in particular, may balance academics and sport because this is something I can from my own experience understand to be challenging. I am also able to write about my trips, including the knowledge I acquire and the fantastic places I am able to see. These narratives may inspire others to shake off the routine and walk into the street.
I want to share the technical knowledge and information that I have gained by being a BIT student. But what if I describe the work I have been doing or the things I learned how to do, I can help other people who are as interested in industrial technology as I am.
Most of all I would like to be a well spring of good cheer and inspiration to the Hive. Through the personal experiences, sharing advice, or by building a relationship with individuals, in the truest sense I want to make a real impact.
