God's Purpose

Hello fellow steemians,
We need a purpose that gives meaning and significance to our lives today to be well and will continue to do so until the day we die. What better purpose could we have than being part of God's eternal purpose and allowing him to dictate how every part of our lives will contribute to his overall plan?
Right from the start we need to appreciate that being in harmony with God's ordained purpose does not mean everything will be sunshine and roses, since his plan will include difficulties.

When someone struggle in life, he often quote from one of his favorite psalms: "One thing God has spoken, two things have i heard: that you, O God, are strong, and that you, O Lord, are loving " God is able to do what he wants and that he is loving, we can joyfully conclude that everything that happens is under his control and will result in what he knows is best.

"We know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose" (Rom. 8:28). Once we are in harmony with God's purpose, we can be well, regardless of our circumstances. We can know we are in the right spot, and we can rest comfortably.
