It's My Steem Birthday!

Oh my, it's my Steem birthday, I almost missed it!

Or actually, I did miss it - I think it was a couple of days ago, but I'm not sure exactly which day.. 😳

Anyway, I feel I should write myself a birthday post, but I don't have so much time, so I wonder what I should put in here...

I wrote a pretty good look-back in posts in the #gettoknowme challenge after the hardfork back in September, so if you want to know me by posts from my first 7 months on Steemit, Go check it out!

Maybe I should share some posts from my next five month on Steemit then, but to be honest it's a bit tedious work and I don't know if people really go and read all those old posts... So instead I will rant a bit about this first-year-on-steemit-experience!

As pretty much every steemian says, the wonderful thing about steemit is the community! All the great little niches, that are so supportive and inspirational!

@travelfeed communities are some of the ones I have found a home in!

I like to say that I have gotten some good friends on steemit too, but I don't know how good a friend I have been myself always.. 😅
Especially the last couple of weeks I have been struggling to keep up with "online life"..! And I haven't really been as active and engaging in groups and communities as I'd wish too - especially not on Discord..! That place is a raving river for me that just runs by, I just manage to get a post promotion in there once in a while! 😂 But I love a ton the posts I've found through Discord!

But the great thing is, that even though I have been away from steemit for ages, people are always as positive and supportive, everytime I turn up out of my nowhere!

I don't know another forum quite like steemit, and even though I can be a flickering relationship, I'm here to stay!
I even managed to become a minnow in my first year! With a great thanks to

@homesteaderscoop - without a fine payment of steem for their logo design I think I wouldn't quite have made it!
And for all the wonderful upvotes from

@steemitmamas and

@travelfeed especially!

I'd also like to thank

@curie as well for helping me on the way! I have gotten a couple of great curie promotions which is always an amazing push!
(ps I'd love to make a little compilation of my curied posts but I wonder if there's an easy way that I don't know to find them...? Sort after highest payout or so... 🙄)
