The first few photos remind me of how the reishi (ganoderma lingzhi) looks when they begin to grow. We actually have two different types of those that grow here in the Great Smoky Mountains, one of which grows on a hemlock tree and stays all red when grown.

You said

"Mushrooms as we all know that there are two types, one type can be consumed by us and the other is not"

and that made me giggle. My fungi loving friends and I like to joke about you can eat any mushroom, but there are some mushrooms you can only eat once...

I like to think it's common sense not to eat something unless you know for sure what it is. I am grateful to know as many mushrooms as I do at this point (which is not many compared to how many there are in the fungi kingdom) because plenty of times I find fungi that I know can be used for food, or medicine.

Thank you for sharing.
