Maybe, it is worth the labor. A few weeks ago, I stripped three wires for its copper. They were part of a cable cord I cut off from an air conditioning unit I found laying on the curbside to be picked up by the city's waste management trucks. It's free copper. But will the copper I collected be worth anything? We'll see.
