One of the most innovative countries in the world is e-Estonia, a little country in the north-east of the European Union. I guess some of you may be familiar with the innovations this widely unknown country has to offer. But to start this series today, I will show you one of my favourite hotels in Europe, the Hilton Tallinn. The hotel is brand new and has a great value for money. The staff is extremely friendly (like most Estonians :), the rooms and suites are very spacious and luxurious, food is delicious and the cocktails are amazing.
