I don't write much just trying to get an account built up to help nomads and travelers, hoping to bring some to Hive. Looking to get a place to help them build out DIY and work on vehicles when they need

There is always some places that is not a good place to dock. Glad you got some info not to be there. Stay Safe!

So get quite a workout on traveling through the locks. No need for a gym membership. LOL!

You and your mom are in my thoughts and well wishes to both of you. I hope she gets back up and around, you are getting to spend some time with your mom and I hope that is a good thing.

Do you have to work the locks yourself to get up and down? If so, 16 locks make for a long day!

Welcome! Love to see some posts with maybe some of your drawings posted sometime.

The calmest part of the day for me is sitting outside in the late evening and just listening to nature. My stress relief is sitting on the bank of a river or lake and fishing. It is and can be so soothing

Yes, it would be nice to see more nomads on Hive. That is the goal I have set to try and get more nomads here on Hive. I am working on traveling more, I am working on converting a step van into an RV.

Oh, forgot about the neighbors! LOL!

Love it that if you don't like someplace, you can just up and move! Gotta love it!

There is nothing like a cold beer and a sunset to make a perfect finish to a great day!

The problem is the local community does not care about the travelers and it is hard to get support from them. Thr travelers seem to want a handout and do not really want to build a community.

Thanks, brother!

Yes, I have been looking at a few plots of land in Texas. I will go over there the first of the month may be and look at them and go from there. It is a 17-hour ride and will be a great test for the step

Thanks! It will be a long project that will take some time. Going to be a good thing though!

There will always be someone that follows for a few days or weeks the unfollows and/or mutes. I used to let it bother me but it is just the way people are and how the blockchain works. Never let it bother

Looks like you had a great time! It is a beautiful place.

This is a hard hit for him as he powers up all Hive he gets and does not sell it. He is working to build his upvoting power, like most of us are. Upvote this post to help him with the loss he had. We can
