I would have to say the first picture is sundown and the last to are sun coming up. I could be wrong but it seems it is brighter in the last two pictures so I would think the sun is coming up.

The sunsets are always a magical time, really better with a cold beer sitting and relaxing. You can tie up just about anywhere along the canals? Are there places with some type of mooring available onshore
