Yeah, I guess those are the people with intrinsic motivation.
Perhaps it's genes, or a different upbringing and socialization.

For me, I try to work with accountability contracts. I just wrote about this, inspired by your post. I needed the push and after reading your post, I wanted to "tell my story" as well.
