Situations always seem to arise when someone says that people need to just change a little to help with a situation. While I believe when in Rome, but dang, you shouldn't be losing who you are for the sake of others.
It will create a moving baseline. Eventually you will lose who you are because you are always trying to please others or worry about how they feel.
