Today I am showing you how I make wine at home. Wine making is one of my favorite skills I learned on the homestead. It isn't always a perfect, but it works.
What I used today:
1 gal. Fresh local apple cider
Sugar
Yeast
Cinnamon sticks
Glass bottle
Balloon
