It has been a day of adventure. Yesterday, we drove nearly five hundred miles to meet up with Stacie D's family at Lake Cumberland. We are all set for a week of fun and shenanigans.
Today we launched the boat into the water. We had to drive about ten minutes down the road to a nice well maintained ramp.
There is a concrete ramp with many docks attached. There are so many boats, there are even large house boats.
We backed it down into the water as far as we could, but the boat was stuck on the trailer. It was a pretty solid vote that I needed to get into the water and push it off.
I have been talking up my sandals since the first day that I got them. They are Teva brand sandals, and have been really holding up fir our adventure.
I am putting 10-15 miles of walking/hiking on them every week. They have taken all types of terrain, weather, and now multiple states. So naturally I lile to show off awesome things, and one day maybe they will want a Yeti sized show model haha.
