I want to start by saying that I am a born again believer in Jesus. I have gone to many churches here in the U.S. and seen some things. I am moving into a space of universal connection and not limiting my experience.
With that being said, all of this is just an opinion.
I was reading the other day on facebook a few posts about The Great Falling Away. There have been several prominent Christian leaders that have walked away.
It is never clear as to why, or even where they have gone. Did they walk away from a brick and mortar, or from God. There is a big difference.
Today I want to drop some ideas toward what Paul said in 2 Thes. about the falling away.
For years have heard people talk about the falling away as an event that is coming in the future. My idea is...what if the falling away has already happened. What if we are just so used to the environment how it is and we don't actually notice.
That could mean that there are many people that could be blindly moving forward...but maybe in the wrong direction. There could also be people that are walking away from tue brick and mortar, but as actually waking up to God's truth.
Just an idea. I would love to hear your ideas, but not a debate.
