I'm Always Late To Everything - My Introduction.

Greetings!
My name is Breanna, but please, call me Bree! I'm an awakened, wild woman fumbling through time and space trying to love myself and others as best as I possibly can. It's nice to virtually meet you all.

I'm the oldest of two girls raised in Houston, Texas. My mother is from Trinidad and my father is a Cajun born in Texas. I'm a Pisces (yes, I'm into astrology) and my mutable, watery soul has always been drawn to natural bodies of water so it makes perfect sense that I would live on a lake. I currently reside south of Houston, with my handsome fella @peacefulpatriot, his rescued pitbull Layla, and my 14 year old tabby named Dempsey.

I affectionately named her after an antique cocktail found in a bartender's guide during the infancy of my bartending career. I hate the idea working in an office and having to wear stuffy clothes, so the service industry is a great fit for my laid back personality. I'm naturally a people pleaser, tend to get along easily with people from all walks of life, and I love talking with folks from all corners of the Earth. If I hear an accent, I promise you're gonna get a compliment from me. I could talk with foreigners all night long!

Upon initially meeting me, I'm a bit reserved or even "shy", so my unique perspective of the world comes as a surprise to many folks. I'm simply delighted when others compliment my intelligence after learning I wasn't formally educated beyond high school. I am a Highly Sensitive Person consider this to be my greatest of super powers. I'm an advocate for holistic health, encouraging my brothers and sisters to try lifestyle change before relying solely on pharmaceuticals, and while I am studied in integrated nutrition, I'm no doctor and any advice I give is only my opinion. Natural Law and Objective Truth guide me spiritually, but in no way am I religious. Politically, I consider myself a Voluntaryist as I subscribe to the NonAggression Principle, but I avoid all politcs.

I spend my spare time doing artsy and craftsy things of all varieties, which of course I will be sharing with you all. I haven't owned a television in over 5 years, and I don't miss it one bit, but I love a good documentary.... or better yet, YouTube videos of various conspiracies and occult topics. Got any to share?

So, what brought me to steemit? Recently, a friend asked if I could use my people-person skills to help him market his cryptocurrency consulting services. Just a few days later, an old friend of mine @xtdnrymompreneur contacted me thinking steemit and I would make a good match. Not knowing much about cryptocurrency, along with these two friends running in completely unrelated social circles, I received these messages as a more than just coincidence. The collected efforts of her and her hubby, @xtrodinarypilot, brought them much financial success on the block chain and I was easily convinced to join. So here I am, excited to have introduced myself to all you beautiful people and I look forward to the wonderful connections ahead.
