Esta semana busqué escapar un poco del intenso calor que se siente en el pueblo; al cortar muchos de los árboles que teníamos en el barrio (por riesgos de caída), ya no contamos con la protección de su sombra y el ambiente fresco que producen. Pero bueno, me fui para un chalet donde está viviendo un familiar, que al ser en el campo es un poco más fresco y cuento con la opción de estar en la piscina, jajaja.
Como tengo la costumbre al estar allí, salgo a caminar hasta las casas cercanas y retomo con calma el regreso a la casa viendo el paisaje. Esto me permitió cruzarme por el lugar donde capturé las fotografías de esta publicación; era el sol cercano a la mitad de la tarde y aún tenía la fuerza para formar nítidamente la sombra del tejado a ambos lados de las casas. Unas sombras sencillas en este corredor, pero que tienen su toque llamativo en su forma, que me hizo querer compartirlas con ustedes.

Hello, good morning, afternoon, or evening, #shadowhunters community. A new post for this shadow hunt on #hive, version #441 of the #SMASH contest.
This week I tried to escape the intense heat in town for a bit; since many of the trees in our neighborhood were cut down (due to the risk of them falling), we no longer have the protection of their shade or the cool atmosphere they provided. But anyway, I went to a cottage where a relative is staying—since it’s in the countryside, it’s a little cooler, and I get to spend time in the pool, hahaha.
As I usually do when I’m there, I go for a walk to the nearby houses and then take my time walking back home while taking in the scenery. This led me to the spot where I took the photos for this post; it was around mid-afternoon, and the sun was still strong enough to cast sharp shadows from the roof on both sides of the houses. These are simple shadows in this alley, but their shape has a striking quality that made me want to share them with you.
