I don't understand why a proposal like Hivewatchers gets nearly 4 times the amount of voting power compared to InLeo's proposal. I know that a couple of very large whales are involved in that one, but the growth benefits that InLeo provides far exceeds the benefits of Hivewatchers (even if it ends up onboarding some spammers).

Point being, if Hivewatchers gets funded, then Inleo should unquestionably get funded as well.
