You know what... I think it's great that you're sharing the mistakes that come when drawing a portrait, and learning to recognize them. Indeed, the proportions were off, but recognizing the mistake and working to fix it makes you that much better of an artist. You must make mistakes in error to improve. Keep on making new ones and recognizing them so that you'll keep getting better. 😊
