While I don't keep tabs of specific incidents, it only takes a brief scroll through the comment history of this account to see examples of people who were chased away (including one who was blacklisted due to not having social media accounts that were old enough to satisfy your arbitrary parameters); not to mention, errors which were admitted by this account based on suspicions which were incorrect. Keep in mind that sternly-worded inaccurate accusations are extremely unpleasant on any platform, whether monetized or not, and are sufficient to discourage people from posting, especially if they are new.
